- Built and launched a multi-tenant SaaS for appointments, customers and payments, live on the App Store and in production with real businesses.
- Designed the NestJS, Prisma and PostgreSQL backend: role-based permissions, commission and installment logic, and automated WhatsApp/SMS messaging with a credit system.
- Shipped iOS and Android apps from the same Next.js codebase with Capacitor, including FCM push notifications and Keychain/Keystore token storage.
- Built industry modules (auto detailing, photo studios, beauty salons) on one shared core through feature flags, custom fields and per-sector configuration.
- Migrated live customer data with tested migrations, and run separate staging and production environments with CI/CD on GitHub Actions and Jest tests.
